Product quality may vary depending on harvest, origin, and processing conditions.
Final specifications will be confirmed in the Proforma Invoice or Contract Agreement.

4. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Al-Hyatt International.
A formal Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued for confirmation.
Orders are considered confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment or written confirmation.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
Payment terms (e.g., Advance, LC, TT) will be mutually agreed upon.
All bank charges and transaction fees shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery terms will follow Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, CNF) as agreed.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping lines, or force majeure events.

7. Quality and Inspection

Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged upon request.
Any quality claims must be reported within [3] days of delivery with proper evidence.
Third-party inspection reports, if agreed, shall be final and binding.

8. Documentation

We provide standard export documentation, including:

Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Certificate of Origin (if required)

Additional documents may be provided upon request and subject to feasibility.

9. Cancellation and Refund

Orders cannot be cancelled once production or shipment has commenced.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on mutual agreement and contract terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Al-Hyatt International shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Delays beyond our control
Misuse or improper handling of goods after delivery

11. Compliance with Laws

Both parties agree to comply with all applicable international trade laws, import/export regulations, and local laws of the respective countries.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Al-Hyatt International and may not be used without permission.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
